Refund Policy

This Policy defines the rules of payment and refunds for users of the Freedom WoW website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
1. Nature of the Site’s Functionality
1.1. The Site is not a seller of goods, is not a service provider, and does not conduct commercial or business activity within the meaning of the legislation of Ukraine.
1.2. The Site provides exclusively a technical ability to make voluntary charitable donations and displays an informational intangible result in the form of a “digital appreciation,” which:
is not a service,
is not a product,
has no property value,
does not create any obligations between the Site and the user.
2. Transfer of Funds to Charity
2.1. All funds transferred by users through the Site are voluntary charitable donations.
2.2. As of the date of this Policy update, donations are automatically transferred to the following charitable organizations:
Charitable Organization “International Charitable Foundation ‘Come Back Alive’”
Charitable Organization “Serhii Prytula Charitable Foundation”
Charitable Foundation “Sternenko Community”
2.3. The transfer of funds is carried out through a third-party payment service provider (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”).
The Site is not a party to any financial, contractual, or charitable legal relations between the user, the Provider, and the charitable organizations.
2.4. The Site does not store, accumulate, own, or dispose of users’ funds and only technically initiates their transfer through the Provider.
2.5. The act of making a voluntary charitable donation through the Site does not constitute a public offer, does not form a contract for the provision of services or the sale of goods, and does not create any contractual obligations for the Site under applicable law.
3. No Refunds, Negative Balance, and Account Suspension
3.1. Since all funds are voluntary charitable donations and the Site does not provide services, refunds are not issued.
3.2. In the event that a user independently initiates a refund through the Provider’s support service and such refund is successfully processed:
an equivalent amount will be automatically deducted from the user’s internal balance on the Site;
the user is obliged to compensate the resulting difference.
3.3. The user’s balance may become negative.
3.4. If, after such deduction, the balance becomes negative, the user’s account is automatically suspended until the balance is replenished to at least 0 (zero).
3.5. Attempts to initiate a refund may be regarded as an abuse of the transaction dispute mechanism. The submission by the user of false, misleading, or inaccurate grounds for a refund may result in the application of measures against the user in accordance with the rules of the Site and the terms of the Provider. Freedom WoW shall not be liable for any sanctions imposed by payment systems or the Provider in connection with such actions of the user.
4. User Confirmation of the Terms
4.1. By making any payment on the Site, the user confirms that he/she:
has fully read and accepted this Policy;
understands that the Site does not provide any services, does not sell goods, and does not conduct commercial activity;
understands that the payment is made exclusively as a voluntary charitable donation and not as payment for a service or product;
agrees that all transferred funds are automatically and irrevocably directed to charity;
understands the impossibility of a refund after the payment has been confirmed;
understands that any result displayed on the Site in the form of a “digital appreciation” is solely an intangible informational element that:
is not a service,
is not a product,
has no property value,
does not create any obligations on the part of the Site;
accepts the terms regarding the possibility of a negative balance and the suspension of the user account in cases prescribed by this Policy.
